In my honest opinion, your positioning must be comfortable to handle the bike in various ways that it needs to be handled. I love apes but I'm aware of its limitations. I can't speed as much coz I'm limited in my arm power. Cornering I have to go slower. When my bike tip over, my bars bent like shit. Etc etc...mid ape is good. Comfort and back view for photoshoot is good enough with your arms up. What I see you using now is just great. Maybe you are like me. I want both drag and ape. So what I really need is a softtail and a sportster!!! hahha!
ReplyDeleteI have tried both drag and ape for reasons of the bike outlook and comfortable handling. Having slip disc riding on drag doesn't help, it is may as well like riding a sports bike. Whatever handle you chose is your own definition statement. Feel free to try both is the best advice
