Hi Guys,
I am trying to organize a group of volunteers (on Bikes) who would like to help distribute food supplies to the less fortunate around the island. (the families had been allocated via the Muslim Trust Foundation and listed as the less fortunate)
This is a charity distribution of food supplies(Bags of rice, dried food,canned food etc) for families that had been categorized as the needy and had been allocated a specific funding and assistance through their daily living by the Muslim Trust Foundation.
Believed the move had been undertaken previously for a similar good cause by other good samaritans on two wheels too, however the classification of the people that we will be delivering these supplies are families with disabilities be in a a physical form or otherwise and not just orphans...
There will be approximately 300 over household that will benefit from this, the funding had been collected from various contributions from individuals and various organisations.
I am looking at Bikers with a heart and of course the time too :)I will be organizing this on behalf of Dahrul Ihsan Lilbanat Orphanage Executives under MTF from their allocation and assitance,all of us will be in groups of 10 and teams to distribute the Charity contribution island wide, target date expected will be either 12th of March or the 13th Both on a weekend.
Please let me know if you need further info, as I think I need some good key guys to run as team leaders for this charity effort.
I have the details and am looking at setting up at least 5 groups of 10 Bikers with an organized route for each team on the day of the charity distribution.
